Our History
Society Film Network is a partner organization of skyward film production. We founded to aim to work on film relative projects of social work and development sector.We have worked on projects and made films for various INGOs, NGOs and diplomatic missions covering the subjects such as children’s rights, gender equality, peace, and societal improvements.
Since 2017, we served as guest lecturers for screenplay writing, directing, producing, and othersupplementary courses for the department of film and theatre at the University of Arts and Cultures(Yangon / Mandalay). Moreover, we actively took part in film development programs of the FilmDevelopment Centre under the Ministry of Information.
To this day, we are still working on film projects aimed at social development.
